BlackBerry Trickling

RIM claims that BlackBerry service is now back up and running, but North American users will continue to experience slow trickle of e-mails while the system catches up from the backlog.

This article notes “speculation that RIM may lack the ability to scale its network and services to accommodate new users.” Oh, do you really think so?
