When Did ELinks Stop Supporting Perl And Ruby Scripting Options?
I’m compiling an ELinks extension (DSL) for a friend who wants Ruby instead of Lua for writing extensions. I just checked the ELinks website to see which versions of Ruby and Perl are supported for scripting extensions and to see if there were any repositories with extensions others have already written. I recall seeing Ruby and Perl included on the front page a few weeks ago, but now it only says ELinks “is highly customizable and can be extended via Lua or Guile scripts.” Hmmm. Good thing the options are there during configure.
