More JWM Aesthetics - blue4jwm

Here’s a blue theme, not too exciting (to me). I made one change after these shots were taken. The inactive window decorations now match the inactive taskbar colors. The menu button effectively “lights up” when clicked, which is harder to see with my image in the button area. You can see a bit of difference between it in the shots where the menu is down versus where it’s not.

I uploaded a blue3.png but it’s not scaled. No pretty wallpaper, either, just a vertical gradient.

The blue line in the bottom right corner of some of these pictures is just my app tray on autohide.
