SW Tech @ UTHSC/SAPPHIRE

Federal Computer Week has an article about the UT Health and Science Center’s SAPPHIRE project. UTHSC-Houston uses Oracle 10g/RDF and TopQuadrant’s TopBraid to aggregate data from local health providers, hospitals and pharmacies as part of their bio-surveillance program.
